Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty on the mechanism, foaming and mattresses of all our Sofa cum Beds. Each of our product is handcrafted with premium raw materials, keeping in mind the slightest of details thus, ensuring quality.
What is the estimated delivery period?
Products are typically dispatched within 3-5 days of order confirmation and receipt of payment.
Are there any additional Shipping charges?
Currently we are offering free shipping on all orders to be delivered in Delhi NCR. For all other locations shipping charges will be extra.
What if I received a damaged product?
In case you receive a damaged product please bring it to the notice of the delivery person and immediately write to us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +918882327435. We urge our customers to personally receive deliveries to identify any possible damages or defects. Replacement / Repair will be done depending on the nature and degree of damage
Do we have to be personally present to accept the delivery?
We recommend that customers be present at the time of delivery to check the product and identify any possible damages or defects, if any. If you have any questions then, our delivery staff will assist you with the same. Alternatively, for any queries or help you can take to our Youtube Channel or get in touch over Whatsapp.
Do you take customizations?
In case of customizations you can get in touch with our team via mail, call or WhatsApp. Depending upon the nature of customization our team can help you. You can also visit us in stores. Currently we have two stores in New Delhi.
Can I place an item on hold for purchase at a later date?
Yes. Incase you wish to hold an item and wish to take its delivery at a later date you can mention it while placing your order or send in a mail at info@woodagefurniture.com with the order screenshot. Please note that an order of this nature will be a Prepaid order.

Can orders be cancelled once placed?
Orders once placed, if cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order are entitled towards a full refund. We do not accept any cancellations once products have been dispatched.
What is your return/refund policy?
We do not offer any returns or refunds. However incase you receive a damaged product, you are entitled to a replacement or repair depending on the nature of damage.
Can we exchange a product?
No, products once dispatched cannot be exchanged. Incase of any exceptional cases, the additional shipping charges and price differences, if any, are to be borne by the customers.
